Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping rate is $4.99 flat rate for all domestic orders. For customers outside the United States, we are unable to offer shipping at this time.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and once shipped are expected to be delivered within 1-3 business days of the shipping date based on the destination. 

RETURN POLICY

We're only happy when you love your glasses! So if you decide not to keep your pair, we understand. Simply send an email with your name, mailing address, and invoice number to hello@alianaroseeyewear.com within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment. The cost of the return label will be covered by the customer and your refund will be issued as soon as the returned order has been received and processed. We unfortunately can't accept returns for merchandise that is bought on sale or isn't returned in its original condition. Please remember to include your cases and cleaning cloths as we can't fully credit you without the original packaging.
